Tomas is extremely inquisitive – he observes and reads everything that’s available. But he is also critical of what he consumes and doesn’t just accept everything as the truth. This also depicts his way of working: Tomas wants to see the bigger picture and put everything into context. His friends would say that Tomas often enthusiastically takes the initiative organizing evenings, outings and trips, and he likes to take the lead too. He rarely sits still and is constantly busy, for example spending a day cooking an elaborate meal for a group of friends. Being busy helps him to relax.

Tomas strives for real change, and he isn’t afraid to be critical of traditional views. If we want to preserve the earth and nature, we will have to make some sharp adjustments as a society; Tomas started working at Copper8 to put his heart and soul into doing this. It’s something we must work together to achieve, and that’s why Tomas believes it is important to listen carefully to each other and arrive at innovative insights together.
