Ever since we were founded in 2013, we have had one primary goal: creating impact. If you are truly impact first, you also need to make the impact of your work visible—and use that insight to guide your actions. That is why we developed a dedicated Impact Meter, intended to assess our projects accordingly. Easier said than done, as more than ten years of experience have shown. Every project is unique, and the question remains: how do you capture all those distinctive elements in a single impact model?
We are still working on the Impact Meter, and we have not given up hope. In the meantime, the desire to share the impact of our work continues to grow. Using the metaphor of the four seasons, we map out our impact over 2024 in our annual impact report (available in Dutch).
