Who are you?

We are always looking for enthusiastic students who want to write their thesis with us. Do you have a fantastic idea for an innovative thesis topic that aligns with the work we do at Copper8? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As an intern, your primary focus will be your (Master’s) thesis. Because we believe it’s important that your research insights find their way into practice, we will also co‑author a whitepaper with you highlighting the key outcomes of your work.

What we’re looking for in a thesis student:

• Intrinsic motivation to work on sustainability challenges
• A drive to explore an innovative topic at an academic level
• An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to an organisation with impact
• A desire to bridge theory and practice
• Master’s student in the final phase of your studies, with a relevant specialization
• And last but certainly not least: you enjoy being part of a fun and warm team

Who are we?

For lack of a better word, Copper8 is a consultancy firm. We support our clients – both public and private – in their transition toward a sustainable organization. We look beyond individual companies to understand what is needed to accelerate the wider transition, and we initiate our own research as part of that mission. Your thesis research can play a role in this as well.

We are a close-knit team, working from trust as our core value. Our other four values are authenticity, engagement, creativity, and quality.
