Rose is a real find: she’s a social and empathetic office assistant who really wants to contribute to something, and even laughs at certain colleagues’ terrible jokes. Her first contribution was in the social sector, and now at Copper8, where she supports the team in scheduling appointments and ensures that every moment of contact goes well. Luckily for us, she’s quick to help people.

Rose has a fervent hope that the social atmosphere around sustainability will change. While she knows it is a scary and complex prospect, Rose believes we have to tackle it together; pointing the finger at each other will get us nowhere, fast.

She longs for a time when we are all conscious enough for real collaboration, when we have created a constructive culture characterized by learning, and when we can be confident that everyone is doing their best. Wouldn’t that be wonderful?
