Friends describe Elzeline as kind, engaged, and someone who always has a listening ear available. Of course, there are also character traits that can sometimes be experienced as less pleasant; her stubbornness can occasionally lead to a heated discussion.
The world is a place where people should be able to develop themselves, where there are opportunities for everyone. Art and culture are important pillars in this for Elzeline, but the foundation is a planet strong enough to care for all its inhabitants.
To process all the stimuli, walking, visiting museums or concerts, playing tennis, and gardening are excellent outlets. Cooking and dining with friends also bring a lot of energy and happiness. The motivation to give young people opportunities inspired Elzeline to join Rotary; they have a youth program that serves a large group of people (aged 14–30) and offers truly fantastic opportunities.
